There is nothing better than to live an experience of yoga, well-being and escape in the mountains at the foot of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Live a weekend of joy, relax and reconnectionin Cortina d’Ampezzo. And of course, combined with yoga there will be a good deal of adventures in the mountains, fine dining experiences and activities in nature. Participants will enjoy a teaching experience tailored to them, with morning and afternoon yoga sessions and activities during the day.

Day 1 – Friday

  • Check-in starting at 3 PM
  • 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM – Welcome to the participants and introductory yoga session
  • 8 PM – Dinner at the hotel
  • 9:30 PM – Yoga nidra under the stars

Day 2

  • 8 – 9:30 AM – Meditation and morning yoga session
  • 9:30 -10:30 AM – Rich alpine breakfast with fresh local products
  • 11 AM – 3 PM – Outdoor activities with local mountain guide
  • 6-7:30 PM – Yoga & Pilates
  • 8 PM – Dinner at the Hotel.

Day 3

  • 7-8:30 AM – Meditation and morning yoga
  • 9-10 AM – Rich alpine breakfast with local fresh ingredients

Yoga nidra under the stars

Yoga Nidra, literally Sleep Yoga, is a powerful guided relaxation technique of tantric origin. Following the rhythm of the voice of the yoga instructor, participants relax on the mat in Shavasana pose. Letting go of the musculature, thus balancing the nervous and endocrine systems.

Meditation and morning yoga session

25 minutes of meditation and 50 minutes of yoga.

A meditation session to reconnect with yourself and find or regain your balance. Afterwards there will be an energizing and light yoga lesson.

It is designed to awaken body and mind, to experience well-being the rest of the day.

Yoga and Pilates

Dynamic lessons that combine to the yoga breathing tecniques, the intense muscle work of pilates. A lesson focused on improving strength and posture.
